For "Les Petits Producteurs, du vin et de la cuisine" (Small Producers, Wine and Cuisine), Mathilde de l'Ecotais envisioned a holistic design, incorporating—among other things—this photograph of red grapes into the bar and tables. Reconstructing a bunch, she transforms the space. Her vision elevates the material, creating a dialogue between the image of the grape and the world of wine and gastronomy.
As the project's conductor, she imagines everything, from the space to the logo, with Sophie Fournier Villiot, founder of the Amarante agency, and the architects Virginie Carthagena and Laurent Guillemet for the construction of the restaurant.
