Pommery Bar

To pay homage to Louise Pommery, Mathilde de l'Ecotais has created an environment entirely dedicated to the famous blue that symbolizes the House. She showcases her photographic mastery through cyanotype, an ancient technique invented around the same time that Louise Pommery was developing the champagne house she inherited from her husband. A rare permanent work in the Pommery Collection, the exhibition invites visitors to immerse themselves in the Bleu Bar, designed by the artist, where a delicate, luminous historical fresco unfolds, leading them to the bar counter. This immersive experience is ensured by the combination of design, photography, and films by Mathilde de l'Ecotais.

Every detail, every shade of blue, famous
combining the expertise of the House and the artistic vision of Mathilde, transforming the discovery of champagne into a true sensory journey.
