For Ponthier

For nearly ten years, Maison Ponthier entrusted Mathilde de l'Ecotais with the creation of its visual universe.

From this collaboration came a collection of images of rare intensity: more than a hundred fruits sublimated by light, experimentation with matter and precision of vision.

Each photograph explores the fruit, its color and its flesh with pictorial rigor: the fruit, isolated on a deep black background, becomes an abstract work, revealing its intimacy.

From this aesthetic came the brand's iconic black and white packaging, where coulis and purées stand out, while affirming a sober and refined identity, built with Sophie Fournier Villiot, founder of the Amarante agency.

Here, photography extends Ponthier's artisanal gesture: it translates the purity, accuracy and beauty of the fruit to its highest degree.

"The image must be strong enough to convey the entire identity of a brand on its own."
