"Dynamic Table" Installation
It was Jean-Claude Boisset's estate at Clos Vougeot that commissioned the first dynamic table, offering Mathilde de l'Ecotais the opportunity to translate her emotions into moving images while tasting the estate's wines.
A series of 3, but each unique, the dynamic tables tell the story from vine to glass.
By creating a film with multiple levels of interpretation, which passes through crystal glasses, Mathilde de l'Ecotais has conceived a transparent and surprising work, as beautiful by day in natural light as by night in sound and light.
This work stands out for its originality, leaving a lasting impression on the memory of wines at the time of tasting.
